Motherly soul

Hail to you, gracious lady who now sits amongst the wisdom of the elders. Sage goddess, who once upon a time, thrived in the rank of the most skilled warriors of our time and from amongst the people of the pillar that still stand till date.  Motherly soul, who needs no one but who is so much needed by the many.

It is you I saw, when on a quiet Friday afternoon, I flew to Siwa in the pleasantness of my daydreams.

Hidden from an ever so changing world, there you were, majestically sitting in the inner corner of a beige Amazigh tent which you composed so well with that all-powerful inner sagacity that emanated from you.

And whilst your deep dark eyes were staring at me for a while, it is as if the entireness of what I was and what I had become till this very moment, were being pierced all at once. The warmth of a very bright light was all I could feel.  And like the naïve hidden child some of us have retained within, I did not even wish to fight it and perchance could not have, even if willed so. The very core of my own self was now being scrutinized and entirely exposed in front of another, without the fraction of a resistance on my behalf.

Why I have met you on the path of my stargaze, I do not know. And as much as am aware you saw what few have ever seen or ever could, my inner curiosity mostly draws me to wondering what your earthy name is. Though, the distance between our next encounter in this plane, is near, that I am sure of. And till we meet again in some placeless place under the Taziri of the desert night, I shall cherish the immensity of the warmth you somehow laid over me on that discreet Friday afternoon from afar.

Changeable future

The gift of seeing the future of others as well as one’s own and which merely derives from the consciousness of the occurring present in this very moment, is not something the universe pours in giving out to all. But when it does, one ought to recognize that such aptitude only offers a potential possibility, even if a solid one. Nothing more, nothing less. For within this knowledge at hand, let us  never forget the higher gift of will which men of our realm were given once upon a time. And such as we were made, we shall always retain the likelihood to choose the path we walk on and which in fact is also a changeable one, according to the strength of the will itself.

Illusion of strength

Silence will always speak louder than words and action even louder than the latter.
Like a hero of the best sorts the world has to offer, and the universe equally only creates once in a while under a blue moon, you have now entered where no men had entered before, within my inner equilibrium and everything that composes it and shapes the very root of my own self.
But be sure that if you ever entered that narrow door, beyond which was given to you quite a great many bit of myself and most certainly more than I recall ever giving to a man, it is because I accepted it willingly. And this was done so, based on a trust that I gave you to always be fair and honest in your actions and truly represent yourself as my equal heartfully and within ‘the all or nothing’ which I seek.
And I have followed you in this great epic story that unveils in front of our eyes, again willingly. And though, at times, I could feel the wave of the train going faster and faster, I never shivered, for you were always in my sight and in my ears. And God only knows that this train you are on, does require one special specie to understand the next and it is not for the light faith either, for at times, it will seek a faith as big as the seventh skies all together! But you watched me day after day, embracing it, feeling it and diving into it all.
And yet, today the clock stopped when you decided, on your own, that we needed even more challenge than whatever we had already conquered and whatever was in front of us. The challenge of silence. As if answers were ever to going to be find within the pitch of ignorance! As if love was ever going to feed itself from the darkest corner of the room and as if I, for one, didn’t have enough challenges.
Do you not have eyes to see when you left me last and saw my eyes whispering to you how much love had yet again grown in the recent past? Do you not have ears, when you listen to the song of our past, present and future life, which we sing for hours. ? A life you urge me to so believe in. Do you not have a heart to feel with and as you are now perhaps recalling its presence throughout these poignant words that compose the lullaby of today, I ask you, was it really the heart that dictated you to pass on the sentence of silence or was it the mind which you have forgotten to master!
But if you so believe that silence, which ultimately leads to ignorance, is what we both deserve and in doing so, you equally show me at dawn that I am like everyone else you have ever given the silent treatment you believe yourself to be so strong at, then be it and keep within your silence !
But in your determined action, know one thing and to the next, hear the trumpets that are now ringing louder than ever when they tell you that you are greatly mistaken, for a dictated silence is precisely where you are hurting us the most. And I, for one will not be hurt, be it, be now, be always!

Forces of life

And there is no question that the strength of one will always be best identified by another carrying equal potency and even though the complexity of infinite measures and proportions withheld within the force that composes the two might be different, the whole remains the same!

Candor about love

In the affairs of pure love between two human entities, all known rules and particularly concerning the ripping of their fruits, which they say, shall only be attained and labored by time, bears no legitimacy. For in truth, only but the very first nature of the feelings, which are contained within the sand glass, truly carry any significance. And when time and space can sometimes witness a growing love, they are undeniably not the prerequisite of an ever-long-lasting true devotion. And so, when some can spend an entire life nourishing and working effortlessly, so as to reach the climax of a ‘once upon a time’ initial felt love, for other luckier, yet, perhaps rarer species of our days, they will live to see such apogee within the beat of the very first moment that is now. The true encounter of love in its purest form and all its associated empathy. And like the auspicious passengers onboard a fast train that seemingly flies at the speed of light, leaving behind a tail of a thousand starlight dust, it appears no matter what places they wish to reach, the devotion they carry for one another will always decisively conquers any and all prior destination they had so desired.
And thus, within the veracity of higher emotions, these Romeo and Juliet, the twin flames of our plane and sporadic soul mates, such are the few names they go by, truly arise as the true masters of love.
A logical and pragmatic certainty which will constantly stand in the face of all. Even if sadly, a few years have gone by till one finally hears the inner voice which never left its side when it was saying and is still saying ’it is either the all or nothing and alas, no half measures shall be permissible within this misunderstood though, divine, universal sphere’.
